Put your Reports to work for you!

Since the project began in 2004, over 1.500 arts and cultural organizations have submitted their data to the Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project (PACDP). The project has now expanded to include data from organizations throughout California, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio and Michigan.

PACDP users have run more than 10,000 Annual, Trend, and Comparison Reports to better understand their organizations, but do you know how to get the most from PACDP's powerful reporting tools? This special session will show you how to use the PACDP User Reporting features including the Multi-State Comparison Reports.  Learn how to use the comparison data to benchmark your organization against others for maximum impact.

Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project

The Pennsylvania Cultural Data Project is a powerful, online management tool designed to strengthen arts and cultural organizations. This unique system allows users to track their own financial and programmatic performance over time and to benchmark themselves against comparable organizations in specific disciplines, geographic regions and budget sizes. Through the Pennsylvania CDP Help Desk, organizations have immediate access to free on-call technical assistance and a team of non-profit financial consultants. Pennsylvania CDP is available to large and small organizations, including those with 501(c)3 status, cultural programs within non-arts organizations, organizations using fiscal conduits, and even unincorporated collectives and festivals at no cost.

By participating in the Pennsylvania CDP, you will be part of a successful and growing project that will allow the arts community as a whole to better articulate and provide evidence for the sector's assets and needs, as well as its contributions to the state and the country.
